Milwaukee Plating’s rack tin plating line can accommodate a wide range of copper bus bars, rod, tube, and smaller electrical and manufactured components made from steel, zinc die castings, or various copper alloys in up to 10 ½' lengths.
Out tin plating options include:
- A bright tin finish with organic brighteners is produced in an acid tin solution.
- A matte tin finish, without brighteners, is also available. Advance notice is required, and this finish may not be available for small orders.
- A pre-tin copper or nickel plate is available for parts requiring underplating. Our tin deposits are RoHS compliant
